Standard shipping takes about  10-25 days

Express shipping takes about 5-12 days 

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Most of our customers receive their packages within 18 days.

Please allow 1-3 additional business days for processing all personalized products.

Shipping times may vary during high-volume order periods.

If your order has not shipped after three business days, you will receive an email notification. Some reasons for the delay could include:

• Higher order volume during this time.

• Item(s) in your order may be on backorder within the next 72 hours.

• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand.

• The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.

• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order.

Important information

If the package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to pay a shipping fee of US$15 to resend a new package. Therefore, please fill in the correct delivery address and information when placing an order.
