Kai Havertz, born on June 11, 1999, has already shaken up the entire league as an aspiring football player from Aachen, Germany. He plays as an attacking midfielder or a Midfielder for Arsenal club and Germany national football team. With Chelsea, Havertz won the 2020–21 UEFA Champions League and the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup, scoring the winning goal in both finals.
This German winger made his professional career for the German professional football club Bayer Leverkusen against Werder Bremen at the age of 16, becoming the youngest player in the Bundesliga. Kai Havertz’s most fruitful campaign came in 2018-19, when he scored 20 goals in 42 Bundesliga games totally. In 2020 Havertz was signed to Chelsea FC for a reported fee of £71million. On 14 September, he made his Chelsea debut in the league opener against Brighton & Hove Albion, which ended in a 3–1 away win. He scored his first Premier League goal in a 3-3 home draw against Southampton on 17 October 2020. On 11 August 2021, Havertz helped Chelsea FC to beat Villarreal to win the Uefa Super Cup in August 2021, despite him missing a penalty in the shootout. On 29 May 2021, he scored the game's only goal in the 2021 UEFA Champions League Final, helping Chelsea beat fellow English club Manchester City to win the competition for the second time in club history.
Havertz represented Germany at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-19 level and made his first senior international appearance for Germany on 9 September 2018. He represented Germany at UEFA Euro 2020. On 19 June 2021, he scored Germany's third goal in the 51st minute in a 4–2 win over Portugal in the UEFA Euro 2020.
