The Liverpool home kit consists of the traditional red jersey, red shorts and has taken inspiration from the 1964 season, when Bill Shankly was in charge, and  Now the kids version is also available at Gogoalshop. 

Back in 1964, Billy introduced red home kit to the team as he believed red stands for power. Inspired directly by that decision, Nike has designed a kit for the club’s men’s and women’s teams that includes bolted pinstripes and bright crimson sleeve cuffs and neckline. The Liverpool 2021 22 home kit is completed with a fossil-coloured swoosh and crest – a nod to jerseys of the 90s, and the dark neck tape features a thread of stripes that are ever-present in the home collection.

Similar to the adult's version, the Liverpool kid's home kit also consists of two flames with the numbers 96 in between. As it's known to all it's a reference to the Hillsborough disaster in 1989 when 96 fans died.
